*Hawaii State taxes of 13.42% will be added to the nightly rate.

     The Paradise Suite has an additional queen-size futon bed, making it ideal for couples traveling together.

     Maximum occupancy of Paradise Suite is 4 people ($15 extra per guest for 3rd and 4th person).

     Maximum occupancy of other rooms is 2 people.

Deposit & Payment:
      Reservations require a 50% deposit (or 1 night minimum deposit for stays of 1 night).
The balance due must be paid in full upon arrival.
    Payments may be made by cash, money order, or credit card (Visa & Master Card only).
Once we confirm availability of your reservation request, you will be contacted by phone or e-mail to obtain your credit card information.
      Customer credit cards will be billed as "Absolute Paradise LLC".

Cancellations & Refunds:
We will gladly refund your deposit, minus a $50.00 service charge, as long as we receive your notice of cancellation at least fifteen (15) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. We regret that deposits cannot be refunded for cancellations received 14 or fewer days prior to the arrival date. The balance of the room charge is due upon arrival and check-in; no refunds will be issued after check-in.

Minimum duration of stays:
Please note that there is a two-night minimum stay from December 1 to March 31 and major holidays throughout the year (e.g. Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, etc.). The Ocean Breeze room and the Paradise Suite have a two-night minimum all year round.
